When I was very young my parents used to take me and my siblings to Rehoboth Beach for a week in the summer. There is something rejuvinating about time at the beach. The taste of salt water and the feel of the sand being pulled from under your feet as the waves pull back into the ocean. The first encounter with a jellyfish.
The boardwalk is another experience completely. The sweet smells of treats like salt water taffy luring passers by into the little shops, brightly colored clothes and beach towels. All accompanies by a symphony of popular music and excited voices calling out for attention. Under the boardwalk, we’ll be havin’ some fun!
